New Kundalini Meditation Course starting this Sunday 26th February at Bellenden Therapies

The next 4 week Meditation Course at Bellenden Therapies starts this Sunday 26th February (26th Feb, 5th, 12th and 19th March).


Please arrive from 4.45pm for a 5pm prompt start, finishing at 6pm.


The hour session starts with 10 minutes of simple warm up stretches then different meditations each week for which you will be given handouts so you can practice at home.


The sessions themselves are relaxing and stress relieving and if you are able to start a daily regular practice you should see wonderful changes.

They were a group of local young Black students I had contacted via a local connection. I later learnt that she would not expose her young people 'to that man'. Others had looked him up on Google apparently ... just as well he has links with the Free Speech Union. #Colonialism #Empire #Slavery #SlaveTrade ... if you feel you can risk it, here is that man:    
    • "Unfortunately, over the GALA period the park pond has suddenly become littered with plastic cups and bottles that have been thrown into the water (I assume thrown as not sure how else they would get in there). This may be pure coincidence but prior to last weekend the pond was clear. Does park management have a way to get onto the pond and fish all the plastic rubbish out, I wonder? It can't be good to leave it." it's been very windy the past few days, could be down to that
