Hi can anyone help with pram repairs please?

I have an issue with the brake on our side by side city mini baby jogger.

Would love it if someone local (maybe a bike repair person?) could help. I can ring it to you and am happy to pay the going rate.

The alternative is a big company in Wembley but so far to go with my twin boys.
