nunhead1946
Hi, I am an older female looking for a tai chi class in a park or open space near Peckham or Nunhead. Would prefer somebody who can help with a beginner. Thank you. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/143591-tai-chi/ Share on other sites

rodneybewes
There is a tai chi class run by Mei Quan here: http://www.taichinews.com/branch/east-dulwich.This is not an outdoor class but I'd recommend it for beginners. After you have learned some of the basics you can do your own form or qi gong in the park by yourself very happily. lavender27
I saw one in Kennington park near the cafe, it was a small group, and looked like it was for older/elderly folk. The instructor tried to call me over, but I was too shy and ran away. Maybe enquire at the cafe or office to Kennington park. Good Luck Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/143591-tai-chi/#findComment-1108373 Share on other sites
