Advice wanted: Hypnobirthing & sophrology books & CD's

Can anyone advise on any good books/CD?s related to sophrology techniques, or prenatal singing/chanting techniques?

Also looking for recommendations for books/CD?s on hypnobirthing / natal hypnotherapy.

The hypnobirthing sessions I?ve found all seem quite expensive, so I?m wondering if they?re worth it or if there are any books that are just as good as following a class?

Any advice would be hugely appreciated! Thank you :-)

  Another big recommendation for Ray Murray (07927 239 023) who has just completed painting our kitchen. He's a thoroughly nice guy, dependable, hard-working, tidy and decent.
