Question about flue placement -- building regs.

Hi,

the flue for my boiler looks like a periscope in the front of my house. I would like to move the flue so that the piping leads out below the bay window rather than straight up next to the door. My question is whether building regs would permit this.

I'd appreciate a specific citation of the applicable regs to I can research it a bit myself. Also, if you are gas-certified and willing to move the piping (plus change the colour of the piping from grey to black), please PM me.
