Hi There,

We have just moved into the area and unfortunately our beloved antique chair did not make it through the doors or windows of our new home. We have had 'BRUCE' for 5 years, he is an antique leather chair, very comfortable and attractive in the home. We are looking for 100GBP and collection. He needs a home soon, so please do not delay!

  What is the "sale of articles for private gain" mentioned on here? Are they selling stuff? I thought they were "just" collecting illegally in the streets (and apparently, according to that link) pocketing half the proceeds.
