Nanny sought from May

I have been on maternity leave since May 2016 with my first baby and soon will have to make the difficult return to work. I am looking for all the normal things in a nanny (genuine, caring, honest, trustworthy etc) but ultimately I am looking for someone who will appreciate my initial apprehension and be there when I need them! I am 39 years old, happy and fun and would welcome the right person into our home with open arms! We have a 9 month old clingy(!) but happy baby daughter & we are looking for a nanny to take care / love her for 4 days a week (8am to 6pm). I am returning to work on 10th May.
