Hi I am a local East Dulwich mother of two and a qualified Body Control Pilates instructor. I specialise in Pregnancy and Post natal recovery, offering local private Pilates classes in the comfort of your own home.

I am personally 8 months postnatal, so I have very recent experience and would love to help you on your journey.

My focus is to

- help prepare mind and body for birth

- give you confidence in your body during your pregnancy

- enable you to feel stronger, leaner and more toned

- post natal restore (including diastacis recti - abdominal separation recovery)

- look great and feel like yourself again

- give you simple nutritional tips to aid muscle repair and shift baby weight

- regain core strength, tummy tone and improve pelvic floor muscles

?55 per session (1 hr)

Introductory session ?30

Block of 6 classes ?250 (6 for the price of 5)

I work Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 10am & 4pm

I also work Thursday evenings from 7.30pm

  We just had to have a fair bit of roofing done, along with new guttering and facia replacement (swapping out wooden for pvc) Also chimneys needed repointing & had problems with a large roof light. we didn’t know why we had damp in certain parts of the living room & turns out water was getting in via damaged chimneys. we ended up using vintage roofing and building ltd, & have to say they did a great job, scaffolding went up and work started straight away, they were pleasant & respectful of our property, & tidy. they showed us videos of the damage before starting work, & of the work after it was completed. And we have a 20 year guarantee. We live in a Victorian semi happy to PM you how much it cost us
- Has anyone noticed the intermittent beeping on the Upland Rd / North Cross Rd area

  I’ve been hearing a beeping sound that goes off every 45 - 60 secs 24 hours a day for a few weeks and can’t work out where it’s coming from. You can hear it all the way down the road and I can hear it when I’m at home and it’s starting to drive me a bit crazy, so would love to figure out what it is. Anyone else noticed it?

  Mrs Bob S has some medical information from a stay in a Hospital in Spain anyone know someone or a place we could have them translated to show kings and our doctors the notes. Bob S
