We are selling our new, and barely used 4/5 seater corner sofa, purchased less than 3months ago in New York.

We've recently moved to London and the sofa is far too big for our home. We're sad to sell it as we've had some many compliments.

The sofa is in perfect condition.

Comes from a non-smoking home. No pets.

It has a timeless design and is super super comfy.

The covers are very easy to change/wash and you can buy new covers to suit your preference

We bought the expensive creme linen covers for a more premium look and better durability.

All the covers have just been dry cleaned. We haven't put them back on the sofa so that the new owners have fresh clean covers.

Purchased for ?1,080

Reasonable offers only. You are welcome to come and view the sofa.

Dimensions:

Width: 95 5/8 "

Depth: 34 5/8 "

Seat depth: 19 1/4 "

Seat height: 17 3/4 "

Height: 34 5/8

Please email or text if you have any more questions.

Thanks

Rach

Dear Rachael,

Just saw your last message about selling quickly, my baby is due in July and we're looking for a bigger sofa. Sadly we aren't able to offer anything above ?180 which I know is much less than you have asked for. But if you need to get rid of it, please do let us know.

Thanks,

Rebecca

    • Yes, it would be great to see them nationalised. Along with the other water companies they seem to have a great business model: -submit a 5 year plan to the regulator asking for yearly price increases to cover the cost of improving the infrastructure and get them to approve it - carry on paying handsome dividends to shareholders and eye watering salaries to senior executives  - fail to achieve the infrastructure targets at the end of the five years, make some excuses and draw up the next plan Magic!

Agree with other comments that it is best to talk to lots of people.  Also, (not particularly related to the above agent), I wish I had read the reviews a lot more, rather than relying on numbers.  Depending on whether you are renting, letting, selling or buying the reviews often differ a lot depending on the relationship you have with the agent and it is worth checking whether the good/bad reviews match your situation.
