My partner and I have lived in the Peckham area for around 7 years and it is now time for us to buy our own property.

We're looking to buy a property around 15/20 minutes max walk to Peckham Rye station with preferably a garden or outside space.

Our budget is around ?400,000 and we have everything in place ready for us to start the buying process.

We are first time buyers and are chain free.
