Is the Post office on lordship lane open?

Hi, I trudged down lordship lane to go to the post office yesterday to only to find that it was closed. Does anyone know if its open today (Friday 3rd)?

it wasn't this morning (9am), there was a sign out saying closed as staff couldn't get in

It's open unti 4pm today apparently. The sign outside was from yesterday.

Can I ask, when you say Lordship Lane, are you really talking about the sorting office on Silvester Road? I'm wondering if they're open for collections at all...

Silvester road are open, I called this morning trying to find my parcel that has been lost since first week of november.. Grrr! They shut at 12.30 I think, check though I may have seen extended hours till 7pm somewhere!

My post was meant for the post office on lordship lane.

I was at the sorting office Weds night to pick something up and despite the icy conditions (and me slipping and sliding all over the place with my inept trainers) all the way up silvester road. I found that they were open.

Couldnt say for the yesterday or today though im afraid.

The post office in the grocers next to Sainsburys at The Plough might be a good bet next time, from recollection they've been open as normal.
