Help! Where can I find good advice on updating my will?

This involves a South London house and two adult children who are unlikely to ever be able to afford a home of their own. I need advice on what is best to do. Have heard all sorts about Trustees and the like, but I need some honest, idiot-friendly advice.

  Occasionally when this happens, the estate agent is complicit. Had this happen to our neighbour and we later found that the house was bought by the sister of the estate agent at the reduced price. The agent is in an advantageous position as he/she is aware of the seller's circumstances and occasionally one will go rogue to do a favour for a relative/friend.

  Hello, I have a new boxed (unwanted gift) Tefal Secure 5 that you could have. The model is P2500731 and is a few years old, just been sitting in a cupboard, but it hasn’t even been unpacked. I think a new version is about £70 so you can have it for £25? If interested, please let me know and I can drop off to you if you like as we are on Brixton Hill but pass through ED most days.
