Crown and Greyhound in Dulwich Village

Does anyone know why the work on this (begun 2014) is still going on?

Or possibly not going on. As we sat in the sunshine outside Rossi's there didn't seem to be anything happening there at all.

Ask Dulwich Estates. They're useless money grabbing fuckwits. Apparently the latest is it is due to open next month but don't hold your breath. From what I heard there was a problem with an old skittle alley in the back garden which they had started to demolish before a preservation order was stuck on it so they had to rebuild it.

Can we presume then that you will not be befouling the premises with your prescence after it opens?
