Looking for a great cleaner

We are a family of four and in need of a cleaner to help us stay on top of things. This person needs to be honest, reliable and meticulous with their cleaning. It will be 4 hours a week and I can be flexible with the day (not Thursday and Sundays). We live in Peckham, SE15.
