Got any battery operated tea lights / twinkly lights for a party?

I'm hosting a party for my other half in two weeks in a pub, would like to decorate the room with LED tea lights and twinkly lights. Wanted to check whether anyone had some to lend or sell before I buy new?

Maybe leftover from a wedding or party?
