BT phone/broadband down - anyone else?

Anyone else nor Dulwich Hospital/ED Grove having problems? Have been told that it's an issue outside my property and will be remedied by Thursday by the call centre. I've been having building work in house today and wires disturbed etc. It went down at the same time. think this is too much of a coincidence but I need to convince BT so they'll send an engineer out.

The last time I had a BT broadband issue (logged online by that self test option) the engineer actually called at my door within 2 hours then fixed the issue 10 minutes later.
