Council/local authority 60s/70s style flat required for one day of filming

I'm currently producing a short film which will require a day of shooting in a 60s/70s concrete style council/local authority flat.

The date will be one Sunday in May.

We need to shoot some scenes outside, but also a couple of scenes inside. This would require access to the flat's front door, hallway and one (empty) room. The areas we're shooting in would need to look fairly sparse.

We're looking around East Dulwich and naturally will pay you for your trouble.

We are a small crew and will be very respectful of your home. It will be a fully insured shoot.

  I have no doubt that local people are genuinely involved (and personally can understand their not wanting to publicise their involvement). That said the proliferation of One groups across London indicates a degree of co-ordination which suggests it is more than just a local grassroots group. I’m not really that interested, except that many of their supporters do bang on about transparency and accountability. I would be interested in the substance of their latest missive. Who has been pressurising the emergency services and how? Who genuinely believes that people are partially covering their plates and driving through due to inadequate signage? Sounds a little ridiculous / desperate. It feels like it may be time for them to start coming to terms with the changes tbh.
