You could always go look for yourself, then make an educated post on social media if it does or satisfy yourself that it doesn't if there is enough room for mobility challenged pedestrians. -

Hello Has anyone got an old windbreaker gathering dust in the shed? Preferably one that should have been put in the skip years ago as it's for a one day project to paint on. Thank you -

Can you post a photo? Sounds like it would affect visually impaired and other disabled people, including wheel chair users.
