Local estate agent recommendation for selling a flat

I am about to sell my flat on Lordship Lane. Has anyone had any good/bad experiences with any of the local estate agents?

kfh is absolutely awful. shady and dishonest i'm afraid.

we had a good experience with pedder, and, rather unexpectedly, with foxtons (although do NOT use the conveyancing firm they recommend... the one in Herne Hill... it was a disaster).

I've just posted a recommendation for No Flies, with whom we bought and sold- they were great. Extremely professional and made the whole process as painless as possible.

Ditto shoshntosh on KFH, just awful, incapable of turning up on time for viewings, never returned calls about properties I was interested in but bombarded me with calls from other offices located all over London, especially trying to sell new builds.
