Did anyone find a pair of tortoiseshell glasses (reading not sunglasses) around the dog free zone in Peckham Rye Park this morning? My husband thinks they have fallen out of the top of our buggy and he is virtually blind without them (currently having to wear his prescription sunglasses indoors!)

      You get what you pay for.  It’s an excellent gym, with a great atmosphere and personal care from a knowledgeable and professional staff.  The Sharp family, who own it, are on site all the time providing support and advice and the PTs are excellent.  It’s in a completely different class to a chain gym.  I can’t recommend it highly enough.
