Childminder Herne Hill recommendations

We are looking for a childminder in Herne Hill to look after our 1-year old when I go back to work in June/July. We were really hoping that someone might be able to recommend a local childminder. (We speak both German and English to our child - so any recommendations for a German-speaking childminder would be extra wonderful!) Any general tips on finding a great childminder would also be highly appreciated.
