Someone to dig out, fill with harcore base and gravel driveway

Hi - I need someone to dig out to 100mm my dirt driveway (no concrete to remove or anything, currently just dirt covered in weed supressing membrane). Backfill with hardcore base and top with gravel. Maybe honeycomb matting as well, I'm not sure it needs it - will take advice. Small retaining wall of 1 brick has been put in place on concrete footing but needs setting in place / brick laying - this is to keep flower beds free from gravel and won't be driven over by cars etc.
