Skilled tile removal needed

I need a small area of outdoor tiling removed in order to dig out an area to plant a climbing plant. It needs a jackhammer or similar most likely, as I've tried and failed by hand. There may also be concrete underneath - unknown. It's a very small area - about 50cm square, and surroundings tiles need to be preserved. Small job but needs care. Any recommendations?
