Looking for recommendations for small cloakroom refurbishment

We are looking for someone who could come and have a look at our small downstairs toilet with a view to doing it up for us. We'd need plumbing, tiling, new sink etc. Most importantly we are looking for someone with a good design eye who can help is decide what to do with it!

We'd really like recommendations from people who have used someone they liked and trusted.
