Hello

My partner, myself and our baby are looking for a 2 bed place to rent. We are interested in a long let and hoping to move in sometime around 25th of May.

We have been in our current accommodation for the past 7 years. Our budget is ?1300.

We are professional couple in our late 30's with a 9 months old baby.

If you have a property to offer, please do get in touch.

Thanks

Justyna

Hi Justyna

We have a two bedroom flat in a modern block of flats between East Dulwich and Forest Hill. Its on the second floor - very light with lovely views over fields and woods. It has private parking with a dedicated parking space. We have just redecorated it as the tenant moved out after 4 years there. We are now waiting for new carpet and new blinds which will be done next week. The estate agent suggested we advertise for ?1500 - ?1550 but we would take ?1450 if we don't pay estate agent fees. Is that too much for you?

    • Nope that is boring,  I want something creative.  Maybe turn them into Xmas cards.  I understand from those daytime television programmes that don't involve buying houses, DIY, antiques, bargain hunting and the second World War that this is called 'upcycling'. AI suggests: Upcycling old cheque books can involve repurposing the paper from old checks into creative items like notebooks, journals, art pieces, gift tags, bookmarks, decorative paper, or even small boxes, by cutting, decorating, and assembling the paper to create new functional or decorative objects, while ensuring any personal banking information is properly obscured or removed. And there is vid too
