One Who Does Posted April 23, 2017 Share Posted April 23, 2017 Go round the edge of the window on the outside with a Stanley knife and cut the paint bridging the window and the frame. Next get a piece of wood, equal in length to the height to the window, and place it on the side away from the hinges. Hit the piece of wood, in the centre, with a 2 pound hammer. should work.
