Computer screens / large tablets - wanted for degree show

Hi there - I am adding a few equipment bits to my final degree show and wondering if anyone has some cheap monitors? or a large tablet to sell? If monitors hoping around 20 inches. If tablets around 12 inches or more? or a laptop that converts to lie flat or converts to a notebook? I need these by Tuesday really to test and install.

I have a 19" 4x3 one that wants only to cycle through a variety of fine multicoloured lines with some cross-weave, (10 seconds) and black screen (3 seconds), as in attached example. Never previously exhibited.
