NEW ADDITIONAL (flexi 2 hour) SESSION OFFERED FRIDAY AFTERNOON 1.30-3.30pm

MUDDY BOOTS Children's Outdoor Nature sessions at Devonshire Road Nature Reserve in Forest Hill. Sessions run every Monday and Friday 10-11.30am. It's hands on, engaging, relaxing, fun, and all outside in the fresh air of the lovely nature reserve.

*This Friday we will be running an extra session between 1.30-3.30. Yes, its a TWO HOUR session. You can arrive any time between 1.30 and 2.

This is to enable those needing to leave at 3 (to pick up from schoo) l to come and have the walk/ free play time between 1.30-2. The basecamp learning time and following activity for everyone will start at 2pm.

Do come to this one if you can, to relieve the pressure on the morning session and if you want to come to a slightly smaller session!

Activities: we may be planting, or sawing and making a necklace or learning about an aspect of some of the wildlife at the Reserve. In addition, there's digging, watering and mud painting on offer in the garden; we'll have a walk in the woods (distance to suit your child) and then head back to the meadow basecamp for snacks and drinks, songs, stories and poems.

All morning sessions are drop in. HOWEVER, i do need to book children ahead for the afternoon session to ensure it goes ahead, so please let me know below if you will come to the 1.30-3.30 session

Meet up at the big green iron Reserve gates on Devonshire Road (opposite Tyson road) at 10am. There is on-street parking on Devonshire Road and Tyson Road.

It's ?7 per child, ?10 for 2 siblings, child-minded children discount available

There’s also a step up into Maria’s - much smaller but you need to negotiate the step and door at the same time. Olivelli has more room and if I remember right the toilets are on the ground floor. A consideration if steps are an issue The Lordship might be an option. Noise is not usually an issue. We’ve enjoyed various meals there. The ladies toilets are on the same floor as the tables (the gents may be upstairs). The staff are always friendly
