cost - window sill painting and replacement

Hi guys :)

Moved to area a few months ago and we have some window sills that need replacing (woods a little rotten - nothing too major thankfully) and some that just need re painting.

Just wondering how much painting usually costs and how much replacing window sills usually costs per window?

If anyone has any experience give me a shout :) And if you know any good company's locally let me know!
