We just built some IKEA wardrobes - thought we'd need more shoe racks than we did so now selling this. It was installed so no longer in original packaging, but only used for a week.

Sells at IKEA for ?20.

  What is the "sale of articles for private gain" mentioned on here? Are they selling stuff? I thought they were "just" collecting illegally in the streets (and apparently, according to that link) pocketing half the proceeds.
