Derelict House - East Dulwich Grove - Mystery solved

Does anyone know anything about this large gloomy house on the corner of East Dulwich Grove and Elsie Road? The strange thing is that one dark afternoon over the Christmas period, I could see a string of white festive lights on in one of the top rooms through a crack in panelled-over windows and yet the rest of the house seemed to be in darkness. Could anyone be living there, has anyone seen the occupants?

the planning history doesn;t explain the creepy christmas lightsd on inside though....i walked past on Tuesday, and they were still on inside.....are there festive squatters in there now?

Some of us like fairy lights all year round, why do you think they are Christmas lights, are they in the shape of reindeer or something?

There're a string of small white lights - not the sort of thing that's used for security, but more for decoration.

That's what started me on this thread; there could be squatters, but really secretive ones living in a house with no daylight because all of the windows are boarded up. Maybe asleep in coffins!
