Anyone else having problems with getting Parkhill Properties to respond to repairs? My kitchen has flooded three times due to leaking from the flat above and they still have not sent anyone round to deal with the problem. Tried to call them (again) this morning, and calls are being screened through BT Guardian! When you get through, there is just a recording saying "please let a message...".... Getting seriously worried!

  The pasta is fantastic. I do think they would benefit from smartening up the frontage a bit (less writing?) but that's not an excuse for them to have no custom (they're 4.9 on Google FFS). There's only so much I can spend in there with my family!
