WANTED - 1-2 bed flat for short-term let

We live nearby in Sydenham and are looking for a flat for a short period of approximately 8-10 weeks from the 10th June whilst we have building works done to our flat.

We are very clean, tidy people who are very respectful to other people's properties. There would be myself, my husband Matt and our baby son, Felix, who is currently 5 months old. We also have a house cat called Reggie who is completely trained and is also very respectful towards people's belongings.
