Free 2 day jewellery course in etching techniques for jewellery, weekend 20/21 May

On this fun weekend course you will experiment with a variety of ways to apply texture and pattern to copper or silver using a range of etching techniques. You will produce a range of tests pieces which you will then make into wearable items such as pendants, earrings or a bangle.

Methods to explore include acid etching / electro-etching/ photo etching.

This is a weekend course, running Saturday 20 May and Sunday 21 May, 10-5pm. You will need to attend both days to complete the pendant, which is yours to keep.

The course is free, and you will be provided with copper to explore and experiment with designs and ideas. If you wish to make a final piece in silver we can provide this at cost. (average cost - but depending on the size of your final design - ?20)

    • How very dare you. Rest assured, if it were intended to be comedy, it would have been funny.
    • I hadn't looked at the actual posts on Instagram. That's sad, then. The shop opening hours are still shown at the top of the page. I  guess changing them wasn't uppermost in her mind under the circumstances.
    • I want to recommend the kitchen fitters Top Marx kitchens. They were excellent from the communication, the planning and the fitting. John did a fantastic job of of fitting and worked around and solved many of the issues we had with Ikea who we purchased from. John gave lots of helpful advice and support. We would definitely use them again for any kitchen work. I have added before and after photos.
