No, but I believe he does like a half milk-stout in the Dulwich Constitutional Club on a Thursday evening.

"Wentworth Miller" sounds like a twee home counties village, not a large lump of American beef cake.

Does he bottle and sell his own organic honey by any chance?

LOL what are you suggesting? we do not need to get a room, we are merely partaking in some forum harmless flirting..we can and we do!:))

Well it looks like the majority has voted the Bishop as the local pulling shop!

I am suggesting nothing...

still based in the vote (did I forget to register again? Did Boris made it as Mayor then ?) will we be seeing you dressed as Windy Miller and Michael as Nigella Marple down at the bishop anytime soon (not that I would pay to see)

Late entry into the running here

Just been to the Montpelier in Choumert Road tonight (after an enjoyable Nunhead and Peckham Rye Community Council meeting!!!) and got to say this place may be a good choice in the pulling stakes at the weekend for both sexes

Nicely laid out place, good choice of wine, beer and food (even had my Diet coke served in the bottle - alas no soggy paper straw like when we was kids) and the mostly comprising of friendly female staff that are bound to attract men in for the night thus satisfying HeidiHi's desires (mental not physical I have to add) whilst in the pub

Looking forward to seeing how this place pans out at weekends and to see other peoples comments on if is a good place to pull or not (okay so it is a little far out to be classed as ED but....)

:)-D

    • She also suggested that the 2017 Manchester terror attack (perpetrated by an Islamist extremist) was due to "divisiveness" and tried to pin the blame on the far right. Grim, really.
    • Thankfully, it seems that yesterday's "Red vs Blue" school wars thing has turned out to be a hoax/ nonsense/ whatever. (See link below if you managed to avoid this stuff). In years to come, we might found out who - or which countries - has an interest in testing what happens when you post socially disruptive content online about fake events... In the meantime, thank you to our local teachers and other school workers, police community support officers and police officers. My commute happens to take me past a bunch of schools at dropoff/pickup times, and I noticed a much greater and more visible presence on streets outside/near schools than normal. Annoying as it must have been to be distracted from other important duties, I really value and appreciate them looking out for the kids. https://uk.news.yahoo.com/school-wars-trend-red-blue-london-police-latest-142328025.html https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2026/jan/01/birmingham-new-year-fireworks-display-centenary-square-police

    • a) Because they published a leaflet in Urdu promising to give "Muslims a strong voice". This is reprehensible - just as a party that promised to give Protestants or Jews or Buddhists alone "a strong voice" would be acting in a sectarian manner. Parties - especially socialist ones like the English & Welsh Greens are now - should not be assymetrically promoting the interests of one religious group. b) Because they published a video in Urdu and Bangla criticising Kier Starmer for meeting Narendra Modi, when Modi has nothing to do with the issues discussed. Modi is a Hindu nationalist bigot - but in this context, the Greens are just shitstirring existing tensions between British Hindus and British Muslims for the purpose of trying to win Muslim votes - see the first point. FWIW I don't have any problem with parties communicating with the electorate in languages other than English (from Irish to Polish to Malayalam). What is very suspicious is when parties pump out sectarian messages only in one language... When Mamdani ran for Mayor of NYC (and won) he released plenty of campaign videos in multiple languages - but always with English subtitles too. There was never a suggestion he was sending different, sectarian messages to different groups.     https://uk.news.yahoo.com/why-greens-made-advert-urdu-164616073.html https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/world/uk/uk-green-party-accused-of-sectarianism-after-releasing-videos-in-urdu-and-bangla-featuring-pm-modi-and-gaza/articleshow/128826689.cms
