nurserys for 3 month old babies help?????

Hi there

I have a 3 month old baby, and was wondering if anyone could recommend a nursery?

It all seems very confusing, with waiting lists, prices etc.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

We are opening a full day nursery in Forest Hill in March 2011 that will take babies from 3mths old. In a Former Primary school premises on Rojack Road. We have just started taking bookings now.

If you don't have any luck with a nursery, why don't you consider a childminder? Nice home from home environment for your baby, one or two other kids/babies to socialise with, proper bedroom to nap in all for the same/less than the cost of a nursery.

Maybe worth looking at both options?

Why don't you take a look at Myhammer? There is a section for baby sitting and nursing care. Hope it helps.

Try a childminder. IMO, would be better for a baby so young. More of a peaceful, home environment with only one person for your little one to bond with and better continuance of care.

Please consider a childminder over a nursery for a baby so young. They will flourish in a home environment - one adult only to bond with and only a couple of other children.

yes you are MAD to send a baby so young to a nursery.. a childminder option is much better
