new 2 week Essentials of Hypnobirthing course

I'm running a new 2 week Essentials of Hypnobirthing course starting Wed 26th Jan, 7 - 10pm. The cost is ?199 per couple and this includes your book, folder and 3 x mp3 downloads.

Hypnobirthing will teach you wonderful techniques that are useful for pregancy and will make your birth much easier, calmer and more positive. Classes are limited to 6 couples so everyone has a chance to ask questions and benefit.

If group classes are not convenient for you then I also offer private sessions in Herne Hill or in your home.
