Lumie Bodyclock Advanced 200 plus two spare bulbs

Wakes you up gradually by the light getting brighter and brighter (of more use in Winter, obviously!) You can change the speed of the wake-up sequence.

The bodyclock also has a beeper if you want a back-up waking method.

There is also a sunset programme where the light gets gradually dimmer and dimmer (when you are going to sleep), plus various other settings including white noise to mask outside sounds.

This model has now been discontinued by Lumie. Mine originally came from John Lewis.
