I have had 20 sessions with Gokay - I can't lie....I absolutely hated most of it BUT wow the results are FAB. He is very encouraging and kind.....he pushed me out of my comfort zone, which is what I really needed. I am much much fitter and toned than I was - REALLY RECOMMNED HIM.
