Scalextric 4 car digital set with large track, made up of 2 sets put together as follows:

1) Set 1: scalextric continental sports cars: 2 car analogue set with all the original pieces and analogue controllers; the 2 cars have been converted to digital by addition of digital chips inside the cars (soldered in); cars are therefore compatible with digital or analogue

2) Set 2: scalextric digital Supercars: 2 car digital set, with lane switcher and 4 port power

3) 2 extra digital controllers

All pieces can be combined to make a very large 4 car digital track.

All in excellent and good working condition, original boxes available, all original pieces are there.

For those who are curious to know how the cars were converted into digital and made compatible with both digital and analogue scalextric see attached picture of the box with in-car microprocessor needed for the job (along with some good electrical skills!)

In summary you get:

analog set C1319 + digital set C1322 + digital controller C7002 (x2) + digital chip C7005 (x2)

I'm a middle aged man whom as a kid never had one and always wanted on, but Dad's only buy toys they wanted and never had as kids, so I got a train set, (I still have boxed up somewhere) and never played with and was always jealous of the Scalextric kids. If only I could turn back 40 years :-)

Personally if I wanted a Scalextrics, I would get one! loads of guys love racing them still!!!
