Selling our house mid insurance claim

We are selling our house in Brockley. We have subsidence in our bay window which is completely covered by our insurance, however we need to sell before the schedule of works is complete and we are finding that buyers are not able to get a mortgage lender to give them a mortgage.

We are now having to restrict our search to a cash buyer and take a significant financial hit on the price of the house.

Does anyone have any experience of trying to sell a house mid claim, or any advice?

  Does anyone know if rescue places still look for foster homes for pregnant cats or cats with very new litters? All I can remember is that you must have a spare bedroom for the mum and litter.
