Reconnect with the body and mind. Let go of stress. Feel alive. Awaken joy. Too often today we are preoccupied with work, how we should behave and what people think about us. Our Ecstatic Dance/ Movement Meditation workshop is opportunity to explore freedom and reconnect with our true selves. It is a practice that encourages you to be here in the moment away from the often self made constraints of everyday life. There is no experience necessary, just bring loose comfortable clothing, a bottle of water and a oneness to movement.

Ecstatic Dance can:

Release stress and energize the body;

Free you from emotional baggage by moving stuck energy;

Transcend the chatter of small mind and guide you to your true self;

Awaken your heart to self-acceptance and self-love;

Be an alternative fun workout;

  I hadn't looked at the actual posts on Instagram. That's sad, then. The shop opening hours are still shown at the top of the page. I guess changing them wasn't uppermost in her mind under the circumstances.

  I want to recommend the kitchen fitters Top Marx kitchens. They were excellent from the communication, the planning and the fitting. John did a fantastic job of of fitting and worked around and solved many of the issues we had with Ikea who we purchased from. John gave lots of helpful advice and support. We would definitely use them again for any kitchen work. I have added before and after photos.
