Work really well.I suspect if you google 'lace backed breast pads' you may find them! They were fine during the day, but I found sometimes I needed to double-up at night.LilyPadz silicone breast pads (also from the NCT) are very good if you get sore nipples. They won't stick to sore skin. I always washed mine with Ecover, and they lasted about 3 months.
