If auto trader shows 2008 models in range of 6k-6.5k

And 2004 for 3.5ish ...

Then it looks like your asking price is a bit high knowing that the car you have is 2003

(14 years old)and still wanting more than the average seller want to get for a younger model with less on the clock with proper gear box ....

Thanks for your advice I had researched prices and they vary site by site it is a 3.0SI and in great condition. I have taken note and added ONO - it's a sunny morning - test drive?

I took 'southeastelectric' advice and searched various websites for the value - they do range is price but mine is Dec 2003 registered is the 3 litre sport version, most are the 2.5 litre, on car-gurus there is a 2003 3 litre for sales in Woking with 43000 miles at ?6950. So at present at ?4500 ONO I think that's fair!
