Childminder/Au Pair 7am to 1pm Monday to Friday

My son is 14 months old and attends creche daily from 1pm in East Dulwich. I live on Camberwell Grove but will be moving to East Dulwich in 6 months or so. My working hours are erratic, so I need someone who can come to my house by 7 am daily to cover the days I have to leave early and be able to drop him down by foot to creche at 1pm. There are times that I suddenly get stuck and it would be ideal if there was flexibility to collect last minute in the evenings but I would only need him to be brought home and 15 minutes or so until I arrive. In the circumstances I am probably looking for an au pair or someone locally with l a child of their own as unlikely that everyone would have such flexibility. He is a lovely little guy...am fairly biased but he is great fun

Also, currently naps every morning from circa 10 am to 12.30 pm.
