I'm looking for a one bed/studio flat in the general East Dulwich/Peckham/Forest Hill/Denmark Hill area (will consider other areas as well). I'm a performer, so would like to keep rent around the ?850 mark. There may be landlords out there in this forum who would rather a really reliable and great tenant who will treat your property with love and respect, and who maybe have an appreciation of the arts.
