Free huge wooden sand pit and play sand

Recommended Posts

Free wooden sandpit, play sand and fitted dark green tarpaulin cover. It measures 6"x4" and has a bench bench seat built in at both ends. Will be quite a project to move it but will provide years and years of play value for someone with toddlers and enough garden space. Collect from North Dulwich near Sunray Gardens.
Photos for those who have asked. It will be a bit of a project to move, you will need several strong rubble type bags for the sand and the wood parts could be unscrewed to move and then reassembled. It will provide years of play. My son aged 7 (and I!) still enjoy it now but we need the space.

    • @first mate I assume Alice made a mistake, as she removed her reaction.  I was wondering about park wardens. As I said, there was one there last night, who was incredibly helpful and proactive. As well as bringing me to the police, he caught up with a young guy on a bike who'd earlier been the victim of an attempted theft by these kids and linked him up with the police too. But I do wonder, as I've only very occasionally seen him riding around, how many they have and what hours they patrol. I've no doubt they'd be a strong deterrent if they had a better presence. They were nowhere to be seen the first time around.

    • Hello! I'm looking for 2-3 baby gates I can borrow from 17th August - 6th September for a visitor.  Does anyone have any I could use? Thank you!
