I can highly recommended Stephen at SM preservations, I recently renovated a bathroom and kitchen in one of my rentals, part of the renovation was to damp proof the kitchen and Bathroom. Stephen and his team came in on the Bank holiday and completed the whole job including the plastering in 5 days. The Bathroom was saturated from floor to ceiling, Stephen and his team did an amazing job.
