Wanted : Expert Tiler

We need one tile removing in our bathroom in order to get access to some lighting cabling. We do not have a backup or replacement tile so this needs doing properly by a very good tiler. The tile is surrounded by silicone rather than grouting. Please do not contact if you're inexperienced as I can't lose this tile. Thanks very much.
