I happen to be Asian (not Filippina), and I don't think it is 'racist', however, I thought that there were meant to be rules stipulating that unless it for language purposes, i.e. the family is seeking a Tagalog speaking nanny, then it may be viewed as discriminatory... I doubt that will stop families seeking 'Filippino nannies'. I know that certain people prefer them... 😐
